“ In Erie for the weekend and had two exceptional meals; one lunch and one dinner. The service was very good both times and the food was very good. I enjoyed the Blackened Walleye Sandwich as it was fresh from the Canadian side of Lake Erie. Other members of my party ordered Fish and Chips and the Walleye Tacos. Everyone loved their food. The dining room is very nice with an amazing view of the Bay. The bar had a very nice selection of beers and liquor. Yeah I know you may be hesitant of a hotel restaurant but you shouldn't be in this case. ”

“ Stopped back the next day. This really is a great spot to eat at. The entire restaurant has a view of lake erie. Staff is friendly but a little slow. However the food is GREAT We had a blackened walleye sandwich and fish tacos... upgrade it to grilled walleye. Its delicious. The sauce... omg... chef's kiss. Yum yum yum. ”

“ Great service from Giselle especially. Friendly, fast, attentive, and personal. We were there this week a couple of nights and everyone enjoyed themselves. Some good cocktails, drafts, and snacks. One night we had enchiladas and blackened walleye and both were very good. Nice music, beautiful view of the bay and sunsets. We will be back next time we're in Erie. ”

Even their ranch is good. Since we will be eating here all well glad to see the food is high quality and great tasting ”

“ We came to the Shoreline for dinner on a Friday evening in July. The weather was great! They do not take reservations during the summer season, and your time is capped at 2 hours. Which, when you think about it, is pretty darn long to sit at a restaurant table, so we weren't bothered. This is the restaurant at the Marriot Courtyard, so plenty of parking. Our server was really nice and friendly. He made good recommendations for our selections. I had the Key Lime fizz at his recommendation and it was very light and refreshing, which is my favorite kind of drink, and pretty in the glass with the pineapple and the spikey leaf. The whole table had fish and chips, which was wonderful, not too heavily breaded and the fries were lightly seasoned. Honestly, they reminded me of the seasoned fries from Market Day, if you ever had those through a school, and I always loved those. The prices were maybe on the high side, but the food was good and the portions were in line with the prices, so it all worked out OK for me. After dinner, there is a nice paved walk along the bay front. Watch out for the geese. ”

“ Beautiful location inside of the Marriott hotel. Lovely view of the Bayfront area in Eerie. We were seated within minutes of arriving and our servers were very friendly. We opted to sit on the Inside by the windows. But there were also ample outside seating as well. Great for summer! Food tasted good. I substituted grits for veggies with 'shrimp and grits ' meal ”
